Dujon Taekwondo have designed a self defence and fitness class just for ladies, enabling ladies to learn self defence techniques to help you feel confident and strong in any situation. Women’s self defence is very important, you’ll also become very fit too!

Women’s Self Defence Class
You will learn Taekwon-do patterns and self defence techniques from the Olympic sport Taekwondo. First 15 minutes we will do some basic stretching to warm up those muscles, then we will have 45 minutes of different taekwondo techniques.
